I created the MR HR service in response to the changing needs of businesses. I noticed that after the pandemic a lot of businesses had significantly re-evaluated how they conducted their business in vastly changed markets. Equally, employees had also re-evaluated how, when and where they wanted to work.
I began to notice that the most successful businesses, and in turn HR teams, were those that adapted accordingly; they have not only turned to a purpose-led approach, but also now value leadership over management and quickly moved to a people-centred approach to managing their people.
